Each penthouse has a living space of 90 m² and 2x10 m² balconies with electrically driven canopies, a table and chairs. From the roof terrace of the penthouse which has a size of 90 m² you'll have a phantastic view over the beach of Jandía. There are 4 canvas chairs. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a SAT/TV-system as well as a couch for excellent relaxing, a couch table, dining table and chairs. A washing maschine is available.

The fully furnished kitchen is integrated in the spacious living/dining room. There you will find an electric cooker with oven and exhaust hood, a large fridge, separate freezer, wasching machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, cutlery, cooking instruments, dishcloths etc.
